Robotics Deployment Engineer, Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovation

Amazon is seeking an experienced business-oriented Robotics Deployment Engineer to deliver large-scale and highly complex logistic process automation and storage initiatives for the continued expansion Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience managing competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution - Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and/or robotics - Experience authoring technical documentation, particularly detailed and user-focused Work Instructions or standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field execution Preferred: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or experience in project management - Experience with robotic deployments in logistic, supply chain, warehouse or fulfilment operations environments or equivalent - Understanding of warehouse operations, linked systems and fulfilment processes - Experience working with and managing external contractors and vendors - Experience with Amazon Robotics or similar automation platforms - Experience delivering training to contractors or third-party teams on-site, ensuring readiness and adherence to deployment standards (e.g., 3PA training) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
