Risk and Compliance Monitoring team (RCMT) is the centralized, architectural subject matter expert for Amazon Surface Transportation, including ROC, Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), and Amazon Logistics Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 1+ years of supply chain experience - 2+ Years experience with project/program management working with cross-functional teams - 2+ years experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience in Supply chain Management - Experience preparing reports identifying findings and providing recommended remediation strategies and solutions Preferred: - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Bachelor’s Degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
