Risk Analyst, Relay Product Excellence

Amazon - Middle Mile is seeking a Risk Specialist to assist with identity verification and fraud mitigation for daily freight movements flowing into and out of our North American fulfillment centers and Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 2+ years of work experience in logistics/transportation industry - Experience working on identity verification/ fraud detection processes - Knowledge of MS Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Experience creating complex SQL queries joining multiple datasets, ETL DW concepts - Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data through SQL Preferred: - Knowledge in data and experience spotting trends and fixing gaps - Knowledge using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement - Data management & data quality control experience with experience pulling and analyzing large sets of data - Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages - Minimum 1 year experience working with AWS / Quicksight tools - Knowledge of Python, VBA, Macros, Selenium scripts - Experience using Python or R for data analysis or statistical tools such as SAS Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
