Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager, RME

Basic qualifications: - Experience in reliability/maintenance environments, or experience in similar environments - Experience in engineering team management - Experience working with and managing third party vendors, or experience in similar environments - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above - NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field - high school diploma or equivalent, or 4 years UK certified apprenticeship - Experience working with material handling equipment (MHE) safety standards in accordance with OEM requirements - Experience working with the designs of complex automated material, handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing - Experience in the mechanical or controls field, or experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)-controlled automation and issue diagnosis in a continuous process or production environment - Experience in business process improvement, Lean or Six Sigma - Experience working with CMMS software, or experience in reliability/maintenance environments Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
