Regional Project Design Controls Engineer - APJC, Fleet Remediation Engineering

AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities including but not limited to: data centers, power generation or oil and gas facilities experience - 2+ years of relevant discipline work, or 2+ years of data center or mission critical facilities (example: hospital, military facility, public safety facility, etc.) experience - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields - Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the role. Preferred: - Professional Engineer License - Experience with EPMS/SCADA/BMS Controls system software or hardware - 7+ years of industrial controls and automation experience - Knowledge of Modbus, BACnet, and other industrial communication protocols. - Experience with data center redundancy concepts, mechanical failure strategies, and failure mode analysis Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
