Regional Logistics Manager

Basic qualifications: - Experience with productivity and communications tools including Microsoft Office products and applications - 2+ years of logistics operations experience - 3+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience - 3+ years of partnering with cross functional teams experience - 1+ years of project delivery experience - Experience analyzing and using metrics to identify improvements in employee Preferred: - Experience managing change in a multiple site environment and multiple direct reports - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network - Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure, or experience troubleshooting and documenting findings - Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions - Experience in relationship management and negotiation - Experience escalating issues, anticipating and making trade-offs, balance the business need versus other constraints and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
