GRO is looking for a results-driven leader to join our team as the Global Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with multiple cycles of platform or product design - Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation - Experience in operations or inventory management - Experience developing and implementing KPI goals and strategies based on broader organization goals - Familiarity with cycle count methodologies Preferred: - Speak, write, and read fluently in German - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification - Experience in people management - Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions - Experience in project/program management, supply chain, and/or inventory management Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
