Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA), recruiting team is seeking talented recruiters that will support attracting and hiring Amazon's future leaders, at scale, from student talent.The ideal candidate Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies - 2+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience Preferred: - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment - Experience effectively managing a substantial and time-sensitive workload - Experience in problem solving and delivering results - Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams - Corporate and prior university recruiting preferred - Passion for innovative HR/Recruiting solutions and process improvement Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
