The WW (World Wide) Consumables Private Brands (CPB) team is building a global portfolio of consumables products and is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support end-to-end product lifecycle management. Basic qualifications: - Experience with quality tools such as statistical process control, Six Sigma and Lean tools including Pareto charts/8D problem solving, FMEA, MSA/GR&R, FAI (first article inspection), Cpk (statistical process capability), or PPAP - Experience managing multiple development programs in parallel - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, material engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields Preferred: - Knowledge of general AI tools - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
