Quality Manager, International, Worldwide Grocery Owned Brands, Product Quality

Join our Worldwide Grocery Owned Brands team to shape the quality and safety of products that reach millions of customers across physical stores and online channels. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - Experience working across multiple functional teams and geographic regions - Fluency in English & Japanese - Experience in trust and safety compliance, risk management, or quality assurance - Experience in an operations analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role Preferred: - Experience with large-scale data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Power Query, or Python - Experience using managed machine learning or artificial intelligence solutions - Experience managing the complete product lifecycle from development through post-launch monitoring - Experience leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable process enhancements or automation - Experience in private label brands or consumer goods manufacturing, particularly in food and beverage products Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
