Quality Analyst, Amazon Business Customer Service (ABCS)

Amazonは、法人向け Business-to-Business (B2B)取引の分野で、世界最先端のマーケットプレイスを作り上げています。その実現に向けて、共に働く仲間を募集しています。Amazon Business（AB）は、Amazonにとって大きな可能性を秘めた新規事業です。法人のお客様向けの新しいマーケットを開拓し、新たな顧客基盤の構築を目指しています。その中でAmazon Businessカスタマーサービス（AB Basic qualifications: - 日本語と英語を使用した専門的な経験（読み書き、聞き取り、会話）。 - 顧客サービスまたは関連業界で 1年以上 の関連経験。 - 運営とサポート関連プロセスの改善を目的としたプロジェクトを主導した経験。 - Excelおよび品質ツールを使用した経験。 - 欠陥を除去するための改善プロジェクトを主導した経験。 - Professional experience by using Japanese and English (reading, writing, listening and speaking). - 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or related industry. - Experience driving projects to improve operations and support-related processes - Experience of using Excel and Quality tools. - Experience in owning improvement projects to remove defects. Preferred: - 大学卒業以上、またはビジネス分野での同等の実務経験があること - 時間管理力や組織力、仕事の優先順位付けが得意で、効率的に業務を進められること - 正確な作業を心がけ、細部まで配慮できること - 法人向け Business-to-Business (B2B)の実務経験があること - データ分析の実務経験（特にSQL、Amazon QuickSightなどのツール使用経験）があること - 複雑な内容をわかりやすく説明でき、的確な文書作成能力を備えていること - 論理的で分析力があり、自ら課題を見つけて解決に取り組めること - 多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと協力し、お互いを尊重しながら働けること - （社内応募者向け）正社員であり現職で良好な実績・評価を維持していること - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or relevant work experience. - Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills. - Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy. - Previous work experience in a B2B domain. - Experience with Data Analytics, SQL and QuickSight. - Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and written. - Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive approach to problem-solving and identification. - Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture. - Must be in good standing in current role, and a blue badge employee.
