We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects for Worldwide Grocery Stores Change Enablement (WWGS CE). This role is responsible for organizing Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Advanced understanding of project management methodologies. - Advanced ability to plan, estimate, organize, and monitor projects. - Able to oversee or advise on project management issues and assist with overcoming barriers. - Ability to keep multiple projects on track financially, creatively, and in accordance with stakeholder deadlines. - Proficient with project management software, such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Asana, etc. - Communicates structured information in a clear, concise, and organized fashion. - Effectively presents information and responds to questions, in both one-on-one situations and group meetings. - Builds and nurtures relationships with senior-level stakeholders and leaders. - Presents problem analyses and recommended solutions in a proactive and logical manner. - Handles a diverse range of issues requiring evaluation of a variety of factors, including business trends. - Identifies opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiency and improve service levels. - Applies business and project understanding to focus project and team’s efforts. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
