Program Manager, WHS CPT

The Central Programs Team, India (CPT India) leads cross-functional projects that requires collaboration and partnership with Amazon businesses, geographical units and technical subject matter experts Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis using Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and aggregate functions) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced Excel and Word - Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to technical, business, and executive audiences - Experience in business analysis or functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills Preferred: - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience using Microsoft Projects software - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of SQL/ Python Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
