Join the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Translations, Education, and Development (TED) team as a WHS Career Development admin focused on supporting our WHS career development programs through meticulous Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Bachelor's degree in relevant field - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) - Experience with data analysis and basic Excel skills - Experience with Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote, or experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Preferred: - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience using Microsoft Projects software - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
