アマゾンジャパン オペレーションズ部門では急速な事業拡大の中で、お客様の利便性を追求し“ほしい物がすぐ届くサービス”を実現してきました。そのサービスを支える重要なチームの１つExternal Fulfillment（以下EF）部門では、外部の物流パートナーの協力のもと、自社の物流拠点にはない商材の取り扱いや急激な需要の変化にスピーディーに対応することで、セレクションの拡大を追求し、お客様の購買体験の向上に貢献しています。本ポジションは、倉庫管理システム（以下WMS)の新規機能追加・改善のプロジェクトを通じて、物流の生産性や品質の改善に取り組んで頂きます。新規機能追加・改善のプロジェクトでは、海 Basic qualifications: - 通算3年以上のITプロジェクトに関わる業務経験（新規システム導入プロジェクトのマネージメント、システム改善の要件定義、システムの保守や運営、トラブル対応） - ビジネスレベルの日本語及び英語力 (ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来るレベル) - 3+ years of cumulative experience in IT project-related roles, including management of new system implementation projects, requirements definition for system improvements, system maintenance and operations, and incident response - Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (ability to create and comprehend business documents and facilitate meetings) Preferred: - Experience in transportation and supply chain - Master's degree or above in IT or equivalent - Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical problems - Knowledge of sourcing/procurement, building systems and maintenance, vendor management and customer service - Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies - Experience in supply chain management (SCM), transportation, logistics, or manufacturing operations - Strong IT literacy • Ability to analyze situations logically and from multiple perspectives to solve problems Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
