Program Manager, Seller Experience, Selling Partner Services

We are seeking an exceptional Research Program Manager to build and scale global research programs that leverage intelligent tools and methodologies. This role will work at the intersection of UX research, Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field - Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex programs - Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration - Deep understanding of research methodologies and operations - Experience with process development and optimization - Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred: - Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in research - Proven ability to bring definition to ambiguity and manage complexity at scale - Track record of empowering teams through clear processes and constraints - Deep knowledge of software design and development processes - Experience with agile methodologies and data-driven decision making - Demonstrated ability to exceed expectations on both strategic and tactical projects - Experience managing global research programs - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Passion for customer-centric innovation Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
