Program Manager, Relay Product Excellence

We are looking for a versatile Program Manager to drive execution across the Program Delivery pillar and support strategic work across the full Strategic Programs and Organization eXcellence team (SPOX) Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, driving execution, influencing senior stakeholders experience Preferred: - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience defining and executing program requirements - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
