AMXL Japan is looking for a Program Manager who continuously engages across business, technical and operational teams Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 3+ years of data analysis experience - 3+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience using advanced SQL for analysis, deep dives and root cause investigation to drive planning and execution decisions Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience in supply chain planning, including building forecasting models, capacity plans or S&OP planning inputs - Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus - Ability to use AI tools and agents for deep dives, analysis and automation of recurring work Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
