Program Manager II, NAST GoCarts Management , Scheduling Transfers And Reusables

Come build the version of GoCarts logistics that schedules itself. Every day, our network moves tens of thousands of GoCarts between fulfillment, sortation, and repair sites, and every one of those moves Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges Preferred: - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
