Program Manager I, ATS Programs

As a Program Manager I, you will play a key role in executing and improving programs that drive operational excellence. Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - 1+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience coordinating program execution and tracking performance Preferred: - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience with SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document, or experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience in resolving conflicts, providing crisis management triage, and setting appropriate expectations with customers - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
