Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to support project planning and execution for the continued capacity expansion of our Global Fulfillment network. The primary role of this individual on the Program Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level - Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication Preferred: - PMP certificate, or Master's degree - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Knowledge of general AI tools Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
