Program Manager, eDiscovery and Legal Operations

Amazon's Legal Operations organization is looking for a Program Manager to lead eDiscovery program delivery at a global scale. In this role, you will own the technology roadmap for eDiscovery, drive cross-functional Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - 5+ years of eDiscovery program management experience including end-to-end ownership - Experience with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, RelativityOne, Nuix, or equivalent) and the EDRM lifecycle Preferred: - Experience communicating with customers, technical, regulatory, business teams, and management to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs - Experience designing or managing system integrations, data pipelines, or platform migrations - Experience building programs from scratch in ambiguous environments with minimal precedent - Hands-on experience evaluating or deploying AI/ML tools in a legal or compliance context—TAR, predictive coding, NLP classification, or generative AI Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
