Program Manager – Central Selection , WWGS (Worldwide Grocery Stores)

The Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Central Selection team is responsible for governing selection strategy and execution across Amazon's grocery portfolio. We operate at the intersection of category management, Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in. - Familiarity with selection management systems, assortment planning tools, or retail technology platforms. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation and present to cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred: - Experience in grocery retail, CPG, merchandising, or supply chain environments. - Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and drive operational efficiencies - Proficiency in SQL or business intelligence tools such as QuickSight for building dashboards and monitoring program health. - Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams or business units, particularly in contexts requiring alignment of competing priorities and complex stakeholder landscapes. - PMP certification or equivalent project management training. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
