アマゾンは、より幅広い商品をより早くお客様にお届けするために、物流ネットワークを急速に拡大しています。お客様に近い場所に多様な規模の拠点が増える中、すべての施設で法令に準拠した正確な在庫管理を実現し、お客様に安心・安全な商品をお届けするための品質管理体制の確立が不可欠です。今回募集するシニアマネージャーは、この品質管理体制の中核を担うポジションです。約20名のチームを率い、全拠点における品質管理業務の標準化・展開をリードします。具体的には、品質管理システムの設計・導入、作業環境の整備、品質担当への業務トレーニング、在庫管理に関する法令遵守トレーニングの構築などを統括します。また、既存拠点を含む Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience in people/stakeholder management - 5+ years of process development experience - Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines - Experience presenting complex ideas in writing in the form of authoring white papers, proposals, or other formal strategy documents - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written Preferred: - 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, or Bachelor's degree within last 12 months in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field - Experience with data analysis and SQL - 3+ years of program or project management experience, or PMP certificate - Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
