Program Manager, AMXL Supply Chain

But Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field - Experience leading process improvements - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partner well with people at all levels within an organization, including coaching of junior staff - Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing - Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration - Experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems, or experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship - Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders Amazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
