Product Quality Technician, Worldwide Grocery Stores Private Brands Product Quality

The Worldwide Grocery Private Brands team is looking for a Product Quality Manager who is passionate about ensuring our products meet or exceed customer expectations. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, Basic qualifications: - Experience in the Quality Assurance/testing domain - Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis - Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - 2+ years of experience in product or program management, product development, or quality management of food and other CPG items. - Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and food testing methodologies (physical, chemical, or microbiological). - Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration, and retention sample inventory management. - Strong analytical skills, including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions from large amounts of data. - Experience in analyzing customer feedback data and trend analysis. - Excellent communicator (written, oral, presentation), comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical team members. - Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with key internal and external partners. - Ability to drive decisions under time pressure without compromising safety or compliance of products. - 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel. - Bachelor's degree or above Preferred: - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. - Knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems. - Food manufacturing quality assurance experience, site operations, or site quality controls. - Familiarity with food industry regulations, standards, and quality management systems. - Experience with Private Brands or consumer goods manufacturing, preferably in regulated spaces. - Experience leveraging AI tools, including validating quality of output. - Diversified experience with the entire product lifecycle and supply chain (R&D, scale-up, material sourcing, operations management, customer feedback). - Experience with continuous improvement programs and procedures. - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience working with Excel, reporting tools, and large-scale data mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
