Product Manager - Technical, Customer Experience and Business Trends

Amazon is seeking a Product Manager – Technical to join our Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) team, a team that uses technology and innovative methods to assess and improve Amazon’s customer Basic qualifications: - Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field, or Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology - 3+ years of professional experience Preferred: - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design, or experience debugging, profiling, and implementing best software engineering practices in large-scale systems - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML and JavaScript, and back-end technologies such as Python, Java, and SQL, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams - Proficient with cloud services, web technologies, virtualization, developer tools, and user interface design - Experience in launching and driving adoption of successful software products and features that are used by and make an impact for an organization - Experience influencing roadmap strategy and definition Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
