Prime aspires to be the world’s most engaging, satisfying, and loved membership Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of design experience - Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices - Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design - Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar - Knowledge of usability principles and techniques - Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity - Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature - Demonstrated experience with AI driven workflows - 3+ years of delivering mass-market consumer web / mobile products experiences Preferred: - 5+ years of mass-market consumer web / mobile products experience - Experience shipping innovative, successful consumer products - Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs - Experience in visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides - Experience with AI/ML technologies - Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
