Producer, Elevated Shopping (éShop)

éShop Creative Studios is seeking an organized and resourceful Producer to join our production team at our Barcelona studio. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end production process for photo, video, Basic qualifications: - Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with project management - Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities - Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience in driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team - Ability to work on-site full-time in a studio environment Preferred: - Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis - Experience with production management platforms or DAM systems - Understanding of post-production workflows and asset delivery pipelines - Experience supporting licensing, rights-managed, or vendor-facing content programs - Proficiency in Spanish (Catalan a plus) - Exposure to Virtual Production, 3D capture, or emerging content formats - Experience with process improvement or SOP development in a production environment Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
