Process Assistant, Grocery Fulfillment Centers

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as a Process Assistant. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements: - Support, mentor, and motivate others - Manage safety, Basic qualifications: - High school or equivalent - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required Preferred: - Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques - 1+ years of experience directly managing others experience - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience relevant experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment - Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience in guiding, training and mentoring others Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
