Are you energized Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Preferred: - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience in problem solving and delivering results, or 4+ years of Amazon experience - Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers - Experience with solution-selling methodologies, or experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS - Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results - Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication - Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network - Experience running an effective operational excellence program - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience working with Excel, reporting tools, and large-scale data mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
