Principal UX Designer, Amazon Quick

Quick is a business productivity product where people connect their real work — their email, calendars, documents, chat, and enterprise data — and let Quick act across all of it on their behalf. The desktop Basic qualifications: - Extensive years of design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates principal-level scope and impact. - Experience designing and delivering complex, end to end software products, not just individual features or screens. - A track record of owning ambiguous, systemic design problems across many connected surfaces. - Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and design standards across multiple teams. - Excellent systems thinking and communication skills, with a history of aligning cross-functional partners around a shared design vision. Preferred: - Experience designing enterprise products, especially admin, permissions, security, or governance surfaces. - Experience designing for both end users and administrators, balancing individual usability with organizational control. - Familiarity with designing for AI systems that act on a user's behalf, including consent, oversight, and human-in-the-loop patterns. - A track record of setting design standards and mentoring other designers as a design authority. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
