ACL operates and is Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of supply chain experience, or Bachelor's degree - Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and project delivery - Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field Preferred: - Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Math, Business or other related quantitative disciplines - Experience in the application of network design, including knowledge of major routing protocols, topology design, network hardware, device configuration, and traffic engineering - Experience in any of the following: Cloud Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering or DevOps - Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight - Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment - Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own - Strong written communication skills with experience authoring Amazon-style 6-pagers and narratives Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
