Principal Product Manager-Tech, eShop

The Premium Shopping Experience team is on a mission to firmly establish Amazon as the premier destination for shopping high-quality premium products. We do this by intentionally surfacing contextually Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience technical product management - 5+ years of product management experience - Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience with experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision making. Preferred: - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. - Experience in e-commerce merchandising, homepage/gateway optimization, or digital marketing. - Familiarity with personalization systems, propensity models, or recommendation engines. - Experience working with Ads teams on programmatic or sponsored placements. - Track record of launching campaigns across multiple channels (onsite + offsite). - Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation at scale. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
