Principal Product Manager - Tech, Ads Performance Measurement

Amazon is continuing to invest in the measurement of its ads products in order to tap into the growing digital advertising marketplace. Amazon Ads' Measurement, AdTech and Data Science (MADS) team is looking Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of end to end product delivery experience - 8+ years of technical product or program management experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience technical product management Preferred: - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement - Experience with and deep understanding of advertising technologies (i.e., ad server, DSP) - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field, or experience translating technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the advertiser and both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience with AI/ML technologies Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
