We are seeking a customer-obsessed Principal User Experience Designer to define, articulate, and champion the future vision for Kiro and developer experiences within our AWS Agentic AI organization.In Basic qualifications: -12+ years of design experience -Have an available online portfolio -Experience with best practices for User Interface -Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design -Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution Preferred: -Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data -Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision -Experience designing for enterprise software or developer tools -Experience with AI/ML products or complex technical domains Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
