Principal, Organization Effectiveness Specialist, Ads, IMDb & Grand Challenge

The Advertising, IMDb, and Grand Challenge (AIGC) PXT Center of Excellence is seeking a Principal, Org Design & Effectiveness Specialist to enable AIGC to build healthy and effective organizations where Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of HR or business function experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or Development, business, or similar related discipline. Exceptional data-driven, business writing skills • 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational design and effectiveness • Experience defining and implementing org effectiveness plans guiding large, fast-paced and diverse organizations. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
