Must have three years of experience at a technology company. Must have ten years of experience in the following skills: (1) working at a national or international law firm or technology company; (2) working in M&A and investments with familiarity with securities law and filings; and (3) completing a variety of transactions such as private and public company acquisitions, mergers, stock and asset purchases, cross-border transactions, and joint ventures. License to practice law in the U.S. required.
