Principal, Human Rights, India Lead, Human Rights and Social Impact

At Amazon, we're working Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Economic Development) - Experience in supply chain, commodity, and supplier management in a high volume, global sourcing and operations manufacturing environment with a global supply base of contract manufacturers - 10+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance, ESG reporting, corporate social responsibility, human rights due diligence, or related fields. - Extensive years of experience at a senior level, working on human rights, labor rights, multi-stakeholder initiatives, international development, labor rights training, or social responsibility Preferred: - Master's degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Economic Development) - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field - Experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies, or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, or logistics - Experience advising on human rights and/or environmental and reporting standards for a large company or organization Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
