Leo is an initiative to increase broadband access through a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit. Their goal is to provide fast, reliable, affordable internet to unserved and under-served places Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 10+ years of leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment experience - Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization - Experience with high quality document preparation and presentation - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Can meet export control requirements by being a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum Preferred: - Master's degree or above in human resources - Experience building and leading teams in a matrix/managed culture - Experience coaching and delivering messages related to performance to direct reports and support teams - Experience in senior level leadership support, or experience with end-to-end project management - Experience communicating clearly and effectively with different functional groups including senior business leaders, finance, HR and developers Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
