We are looking for a dynamic HR leader to Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience as an HR Business Partner or experience in an HR functional area including, but not limited HRP, HR services, or recruiting Preferred: - Experience leading and influencing your team or organization - Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting - Experience analyzing data to make business decisions - Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives - Experience in project and program management and delivering key business outcomes - Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization - 10+ years of senior leadership development and talent management experience - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience managing teams - Experience in a highly agile environment - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - Master's degree or above - Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
