The AWS Support People eXperience Team (PXT) exists to accelerate the trajectory of the Support business by building and scaling people strategies and operating models in an AI-augmented environment. The Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of human resource business partner or blend of operations and HR experience - Experience working in a matrixed organization - Experience leading global teams - Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results - Experience leading design teams in problem definition, artifact rendering, cross-functional collaboration and delivery, and user validation and measurement Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - Experience with AI/ML technologies - Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings - Experience in talent management, organizational network analysis, and organizational design and development - Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team, or experience in computer architecture - Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
