The AWS Support People eXperience Team (PXT) exists to accelerate the trajectory of the Support business by building and scaling people strategies and operating models in an AI-augmented environment. The Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in an HR business partner role or equivalent experience - Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple COE partners - 5+ years of experience working with global teams across multiple geographies (US, Europe, Asia) - Experience working with a population of senior technical leadership - Demonstrated experience driving organizational design and workforce planning in a technology environment Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - Experience supporting AI/ML, computer vision, or deep-tech product organizations - Experience partnering with organizations undergoing significant business transformation (e.g., new market entry, operating model changes, rapid scaling) - Broad HR experience with specific depth in organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and performance management - Experience designing and implementing IC career progression frameworks or technical talent strategies - Track record of coaching Senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team culture, and cross-functional collaboration Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
