The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a Principal Delivery Consultant, Emerging Technologies — Sports, Media and Entertainment. In this role, you will serve as a strategic technical Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field - Experience in the Sports, Media, Entertainment, or related industries, including familiarity with broadcast/OTT content delivery workflows or venue operations - Experience building and deploying production AI/ML solutions, including ML training/inference pipelines, data platform architectures, or media processing workflows - Experience delivering generative AI solutions to production, including RAG architectures, prompt engineering, foundation model integration, or agentic workflow orchestration Preferred: - AWS Professional-level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) - Experience with AWS AI/ML and media services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, AgentCore, AWS Elemental MediaLive, MediaConvert, IVS, and Amazon Personalize - Experience designing data platforms using lakehouse or medallion architectures, open table formats (e.g., Apache Iceberg), and streaming technologies (e.g., Kinesis, Kafka) - Knowledge of league data systems and governance frameworks, player/biometric data handling, content licensing, and privacy regulations relevant to sports and media - Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with third-party data platforms commonly deployed on cloud infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
