We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented, and customer obsessed business development leader to join our team. The successful candidate will become a trusted advisor to Amazon leaders and a subject Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience - 7+ years of professional or military experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese Preferred: - Proven experience in corporate development, corporate business development, investment banking, or venture investing in a corporate or financial services environment - Effective and collaborative communication and writing skills, with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences ranging from senior executives to junior resources - Bias for action and able to work independently through high ambiguity toward stated goals Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
