Pre-Construction Cost Planner, APJC Data Center Capacity Delivery

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in enginnering or equivalent, or 5+ years of construction or project management experience - 7+ years of construction management or working with general contractors and managing supplier diversity initiatives experience - Experience in project control (cost or schedule, or both) and formulating construction programmes, especially for infrastructure and mission critical projects both on-site and in preconstruction environments - Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software Preferred: - Experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance), or experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results - Direct experience in the design, construction, or management of data centers, critical infrastructure, or large-scale commercial projects.
