Post Production Coordinator, Amazon MGM Studios

We are seeking a Post Production Coordinator to join our Japan Post Production team and play a critical role in managing Basic qualifications: - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - 3+ years of experience at a post-production facility, streaming service, TV network, film/TV/anime production company, VFX studio, or localization company - Experience with end-to-end production and post-production workflows - Experience managing or coordinating multiple concurrent projects - 日本語および英語での読み書き・会話能力 ポスプロ施設、配信事業者、放送局、映像/映画/アニメ制作会社、VFXスタジオ、またはローカリゼーション会社での3年以上の実務経験 - 制作からポストプロダクションまでのエンドツーエンドのワークフローに関する実践的理解 - 複数プロジェクトの同時管理・調整経験 Preferred: - Experience working across multiple content formats (anime, unscripted, scripted, and/or feature film) - Experience creating and maintaining production or post-production schedules - Experience coordinating asset delivery to a studio or streaming platform - Familiarity with digital media workflows including file-based delivery, and quality control processes - Experience working with Japanese production companies and/or post-production facilities - Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional, multicultural teams - High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information - アニメ、バラエティ、ドラマ、映画など複数ジャンルでの制作経験 - ポスプロスケジュール作成・管理経験 - スタジオや配信プラットフォームへの素材納品の調整経験 - ファイルベース納品、品質管理プロセスを含むデジタルメディアワークフローの知識 - 日本の制作会社やポストプロダクション施設との協業経験 - 主体的に業務を進めつつ、部門横断的かつ多文化なチームで効果的に貢献できる能力 - 機密情報を適切に取り扱える高い誠実性と慎重さ Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
