Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Management, Strategic Portfolio Management

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of property management, asset management, portfolio management and/or real estate financial analysis experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or another related field - Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment - Experience with Landlord and Tenant codes, commercial law and service charge Preferred: - Experience reading and interpreting lease language, managing critical lease dates, and conducting lease negotiations - Experience utilizing commercial real estate software platforms such as Tango, Yardi, or MRI - Experience with lease administration processes - Master's degree or above in enginnering or equivalent, or 3+ years of vendor management experience - Experience with project management, or experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadership teams and external stakeholders Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
