Portfolio Manager, Global Operations Enterprise Services - Portfolio Management

Amazon is currently looking to hire a real estate professional to fill the role of Portfolio Manager within the GOES Portfolio Management team and play a critical role in driving portfolio optimization Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or another related field - 4+ years of, asset management, portfolio management and/or real estate financial analysis experience Preferred: - Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions - Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks - Broad understanding of how to innovate in real estate services to optimize customer satisfaction and productivity - Understanding of economic and real estate trends, occupier portfolio management, and real estate capital markets activity - Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with customers/partners, with the ability to invite input from these groups when determining the optimal solution for the BU customer - Ability to think strategically and holistically about BU’s unique real estate needs, while considering with the overall existing Operations network Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
