Pharmacist in Charge

We believe that by removing and reducing the barriers that prevent Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of Staff Pharmacist within Amazon, or 3+ years of Pharmacist in Charge experience - Bachelor's degree in Science, or Doctor of Pharmacy in PharmD, or Doctor of Pharmacy - an active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in your domicile state - Can have an active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in all states requiring Non-resident PIC (Pharmacist in Charge) license, or be willing to obtain within first 6 months in role - Bachelor's degree in PharmD, or Doctor of Pharmacy - Can have an active and unrestricted pharmacist license in your state of employment (additional licenses may be required) - Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in all states requiring Non-resident PIC license, or willingness to obtain within first 6 months in role - 1 year Staff Pharmacist experience within Amazon Pharmacy or three or more years Pharmacist in Charge experience Preferred: - 3+ years of Pharmacist in Charge experience - Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations concerning patient care - Three or more years Pharmacist Preceptor experience - Extensive experience developing and managing pharmacy fulfillment center workflows - Knowledge of facility inspection and licensing process in domicile state - Knowledge of facility inspection and licensing process in Non-Resident states - Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Interns - Experience communicating with and presenting to Boards of Pharmacy and other regulatory bodies - Willingness to work varying schedules - Experience managing high-volume, highly-automated pharmacies - Experience managing 30+ employees (including Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Interns) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
